My Philosophy of Ministry:
To serve my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to the fullest. Using all of my God given gifts and talents in order to spread His Gospel. I am open to God's leading and I have all confidence that He will lead us (FBC youth and families) and this program as we seek Him and His will. I have a real love for all of God's people (saved and unsaved), and along with that love comes a tremendous burden to meet them where they are and show them the love of Christ. My goal in ministry would be for each person to develop a personal daily relationship with Christ through Bible teaching, prayer, personal quiet time, one on one contact, outreach, mission activities, and unity as a group of believers-- the ultimate goal being a Christ centered body of believers with a desire to show His love to the world.
I Believe:
I believe Jesus Christ to be the Son of God. He was born of a virgin, He walked this earth as a God/man (fully human, fully divine), He died on a cross and on the third day arose. I believe only through Jesus Christ can a person receive salvation and forgiveness of sin. I believe in the Holy Trinity; God the Father, Jesus Christ His Son, and the Holy Spirit. I believe the Holy Bible is God's inspired Word to His Church.
